A new mid-specification smartphone in the Acer Liquid line has surfaced, this time with a 4.5-inch, 540x960 IPS display. The Liquid E1 follows on from the Liquid E and Liquid Glow, but this time runs on Android 4.1.1 and has an improved specifications list compared to previous models, though it falls short of competing with other flagship models.
