Any new CEO of Best Buy will have to take a seriously hard look at portions of the store that no longer make strategic sense to be in 10 years down the line. Three such areas include small household appliances (we go to Bed Bath & Beyond for them), appliances (we go to Home Depot or Lowe's for them), and videogames (we go to Gamestop for them now, but with new consoles on the horizon could be downloading content fully). It's easy to say that Best Buy could exit these businesses and downsize
