Electrolux is officially open for business in Memphis as the first 50 employees moved into the facility to begin work there this week.
My Fox Memphis reports the company expects to hire 200 more workers by May 2013. Currently, the office space is finished out and construction continues on the manufacturing space, where Electrolux will begin making stoves and ranges by next year.

Electrolux this week announced the launch of the Grand Cuisine, a new "ultra-luxury" kitchen range. The range consists of nine components: Combination Oven, Blast Chiller, Induction Zone, Precision Vacuum Sealer, Gas Hob, Sear Hob, Surround Induction Zone, Stand Mixer and Bespoke Ventilation Systems.
