IASCA announced Monday that the Mobile Electronics Retailer's Association (MERA) will produce the educational seminar tracks at IASCA's upcoming Spring Break Nationals Car Audio Expo. The event, being held for the 25th year, will take place March 19-21 at the Hilton Oceanwalk in Daytona Beach, Fla.
