ICE Handles 5,000th Live Chat Customer

On Christmas Eve at 2:43pm, the ICE in-house live chat staff handled its 5,000th live chat session. The live chat is staffed by industry sales experts who are trained to direct new customers to members' stores. Currently the service is staffed about 7 hours per day. During CES, ICE expects to secure vendor funding in order to extend live chat hours.

Cory Mayo, ICE Operations manager says, "The live chat has exceeded everyone's expectations." Mayo continues, "Not a day goes by that a member is not thanking us for the new customers
