Alpine Electronics has introduced a new in-dash app receiver with connectivity options to several cloud-based content sources. The ICS-X7HD is the first of its kind for the company and won an Innovations award in the In-Vehicle Audio category at the 2013 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
"Alpine is excited to introduce the ICS-X7HD as the company's first product to serve as a content aggregator of entertainment and information apps," said Steve Crawford, vice president and general manager, aftermarket business unit, Alpine Electronics of America, Inc.
