With Regalia's guidance, I'm cooking one of my go-to dishes, Donna Hay's Lemon Parmesan Risotto, on a gas Viking range top at the American kitchen appliance maker's showroom in Hayward.

Electrolux this week announced the launch of the Grand Cuisine, a new "ultra-luxury" kitchen range. The range consists of nine components: Combination Oven, Blast Chiller, Induction Zone, Precision Vacuum Sealer, Gas Hob, Sear Hob, Surround Induction Zone, Stand Mixer and Bespoke Ventilation Systems.
