iBiquity Digital Corporation has announced that Mitsubishi will be the first automaker to integrate HD Radio Technology to provide free real-time traffic information and digital AM and FM broadcasting to Mitsubishi drivers. The developer of digital HD Radio Technology made the announcement at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

TomTom, in an effort to help drivers avoid traffic congestion and save time and money, is expanding its HD Traffic Services to all of its LIVE GPS models. Previously, the service was only available on its GO 2535 M LIVE model.
