3D Printing Focus at CE Week
The CE Week event next week in New York will feature a large focus on 3D printing, with both conference panels and exhibits concentrating on the emerging technology.
The event, on June 26 at 11:15 a.m., while feature panel on “3D Printing For the Rest of Us,” moderated by PCMag’s Tony Hoffman, as well as representatives of Makerbot, Transcend 3D, Shapeways and 3D Systems. In addition, Robo 3D, Pirate 3D and Matter and Form will be exhibiting, with B&H featuring MakerBot technology in their booth. MakerBot first unveiled their products at CE Week in 2011.
“3D printing is no longer an impossible pipedream, but an innovative reality that’s becoming more accessible to mainstream consumers,” Martin Porter, executive producer, CE Week, said as part of the announcement. “3D printing will be a major trend at CE Week with the top names in the 3D printing market represented at the show.”
