The story of the rise and eventual collapse of Circuit City is coming to the big screen. A documentary called
"A Tale of Two Cities: The Circuit City Story,” produced by WulfTeam Productions, traces Circuit City from its founding in 1949 to its closing in early 2009.
The film, according to its official website, "is dedicated to the hundreds of thousands of associates who built Circuit City into a retail powerhouse, only to watch it descend into bankruptcy and liquidation. The documentary tells a tale of two 'Cities'— one that went from good to great, and another that went from great to gone. "
"A Tale of Two Cities" will have its world premiere at the Virginia Film Festival on Nov. 4.
