Apple, HTC Settle Patent Suits

Apple and HTC last week announced an agreement to settle their patent litigation. The agreement includes both a ten-year license agreement and the dropping of all ongoing lawsuits.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
“We are glad to have reached a settlement with HTC,” Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, said in a statement. “We will continue to stay laser focused on product innovation.”
