Apple Plans to Close, “Enlarge” Some Stores

Apple CEO Tim Cook said Tuesday that Apple plans to “close down and enlarge” 20 retail locations. Cook did not say which stores in which cities will be affected.

The company will also open 30 new stores, mostly outside the United States, Cook said at the Goldman Sachs Technology and Internet Conference, Techcrunch reported.

Cook appeared Tuesday night at the State of the Union address, as a guest of First Lady Michelle Obama.
