Buying Group Azione Unlimited this week sought feedback from representatives and manufacturers on their recent video about how they can better get along with dealers. Azione announced some of the feedback they have received from a subsequent correspondence.
Responsibilities dealers have to reps, according to the reps, include better communication, efficiency, respect and truthfulness.
"This exercise has been illuminating. All parties want the best for one another," Azione executive director Richard Glikes said in a statement. "I find it rewarding that so many individuals have contributed in such a positive and meaningful way. Our small industry is certainly feisty and not lacking in opinions."
