Azione Survey: Reps Want Timely Sales Reporting, Training Tools

Azione Unlimited this week released the final results of its industry survey about improving rep/manufacturer relations. The full survey can be viewed here.

When asked what manufacturers can do to provide better service, 35 percent answered “provide timely sales reporting,” while 24 percent wanted “More training tools prepared in advance of product delivery” and 16 percent said “have consistent communications structure.”

“The opinions from the various camps point out that everyone can improve their conduct and modus operandi,” Azione founder and president Richard Glikes said in a statement. “Imagine if we all worked together? We would be more profitable, efficient and harmonious. Not such a bad thing.”
