Best Buy To Open 13 New Stores

Best Buy is getting set to open 13 new stores throughout the country this summer. The openings will take place between June 11 and August 8. As is the store's custom, ribbon- cutting ceremonies  will be held, accompanied by presentations of $10,000 checks to local charities.

The openings include one in Casper, Wyoming, which marks the first Best Buy in that state, making it the last of the 50 U.S. states to welcome a Best Buy.

Other noteworthy location openings include Miami Beach; the Bronx, N.Y., Park City Utah, and North Anchorage, Alaska. The new stores will bring Best Buy's total to 1,045 U.S. stores.
