Blockbuster, Inc., is getting set to compete with rival Netflix in one more arena. According to a report in Home Media Magazine, the video rental giant is getting set to release a set-top box that will make movies available on demand to customers.
The box, set for release this holiday season, will work with the company's Movielink download service. The box, which was announced by the company's CEO Jim Keyes during a call with analysts Thursday, will compete with multiple similar devices from Netflix, including the Netflix Roku Player.
