CEA Names Innovation Entrepreneur Award Finalists
September 11, 2012The Consumer Electronics Association Tuesday named seven finalists- three individuals and four businesses- for its Innovation Entrepreneur Awards, which will be presented at the CEA Industry Forum next month.
The finalists for Small Business Executive of the Year are Sandy Gross of GoldenEar Technology, David Lorsch of DC-Genius and Jake Sigal of Livio. The Small Business of the Year finalists are Audio Video Interiors, EcoATM, GrandCare and iBiquity.
“The Innovation Entrepreneur Awards allows CEA to recognize publicly entrepreneurs in the consumer electronics industry that demonstrate a true sense of innovation, dedication to the industry and the tenacity to persevere through business and economic challenges,” Gary Shapiro, CEA’s president and CEO, said in a statement. “This year’s finalists reflect the depth, breadth and innovative spirit of the consumer electronics market.
