Following the announcement Monday that Utz Baldwin has been named the organization's first-ever CEO, The Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) Tuesday announced the rest of its new executive committee. Baldwin, who left his position as chairman to take the new role, will be replaced by Ken Erdmann, the former vice chairman.
Additionally, Randy Vaughan, of AE Systems Home Automation & Entertainment in Virginia, has replaced Erdmann as vice chairman, Randy Stearns is the new treasurer, Rich Green the new secretary, and Ken Smith the Immediate Past Chairman.
CEDIA also announced that its board of directors will include Federico Bausone, Buzz Delano, Eric Lee, Bill Skaer, Randy Wilson, Gordon Van Zuiden and Jeff Zemanek.
The new officials were voted in during the group's quarterly meeting in Indianapolis.
