Circuit City Sells Firedog, Other Assets

Circuit City has reached deals to sell several of its assets, the Web site KamCity.com reported Wednesday.

The company's former installation unit, known as firedog, was sold to Firstmark for $250,000, while its 800.com was sold to Steven Ivestor, also for $250,000. And Micro Electronics paid $390,000 for customer information and trademarks, as well as the Trading Circuit auction platform.

Streambank is handling the dispersal of Circuit City's remaining assets.
