The revived CompUSA made its first move into the Mid-Atlantic region last week, opening a new 20,000 square-foot store in Dover, Del. The store, the 28th retail location opened by the company, features the Retail 2.0 system developed by parent company Systemax, Inc.

The store is located in Dover Mall, at 1350 Dupont Highway.

“Dover marks the fourth CompUSA store opening in just the past two months, reflecting our strong momentum,” Gilbert Fiorentino, Chief Executive of the Technology Products Group of Systemax Inc., said as part of the announcement.

“We are extremely pleased to have established a strong foothold in the Mid-Atlantic, giving consumers throughout the region access to our vast selection of laptop computers, desktop computers, HDTVs, and other electronics, all at rock-bottom prices.”
