D&H Distributing's co-presidents,
Michael and
Dan Schwab, recently made their annual visit to the company's warehouse in Harrisburg, Pa., in order to see the staff.
The visit, on Dec. 5, was the fifth time the Schwabs have made the trip. The purpose, the company said, was "to gain a more personal, ongoing perspective as to how the logistics of the business runs on a daily basis; and to enjoy some welcomed face time with team members whom they don’t always see."
“We love opportunities to work with different members of the D&H team,” Dan Schwab said in a statement. “We’ve always tried to create a family atmosphere at D&H, and there’s no time like the holidays to get together with friends and co-workers to let them know they are valued. Especially during this demanding time of year, everyone in the distribution center is dedicated to making sure things run smoothly. It’s invigorating take part in that.”
