As in the past, we have reached out to retailers, vendors, distributors, buying groups and software developers to submit their best young talent. While we’re familiar with many of the choices, we’re delighted with some of the people who haven’t been on our radar. Roxanne Leone, 38
Marketing Manager, New Age Electronics, Carson, Calif.

Years in Industry: 7
Career History/Accomplishments: As the first marketing professional employed by New Age Electronics, Leone has brought visibility to the company, helping to position it as a national distribution partner for CE manufacturers.
Leone’s role expanded with the acquisition of NAE by SYNNEX Corporation, and in 2010 she began to manage marketing initiatives for Jack of All Games. Leone’s dedication and loyalty are contagious among her colleagues and she has helped make New Age Electronics a recognizable and respected brand name in the consumer electronics industry. In the three years since the acquisition, her leadership has increased marketing sales by almost 400 percent.
Leone began honing her leadership skills working as a camp counselor in the summer during college, and she also learned a thing or two about persistence from an initial rejection of her McDonalds job application as a teenager, and later with a stint as a tele-marketer.
