Dell, Intel, Qualcomm in Talks For Sharp Stake

Sharp is in talks with American firms, including Dell, Qualcomm and Intel, to sell a stake in itself, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The struggling Japanese company, the report said, is looking to get $240 million from Dell and Intel and a smaller amount from Qualcomm. The negotiations have begun as Sharp's talks with Hon Hai for an equity stake have bogged down.
