Digital River has announced the appointment of David C. Dobson as its new chief executive officer. The 50-year-old Dobson comes to the company from CA Technologies.
Dobson replaces former interim CEO Thomas Madison, who is also the company's chairman.
“On behalf of the board of directors and senior management team, I want to welcome David Dobson to Digital River,” Madison said in a statement.
“With an extensive background in software and technology, David has successfully developed products and solutions for cloud-based environments, led innovation initiatives, and built businesses around comprehensive outsourcing models with rich partner ecosystems.
