DTS announced Wednesday that it has named
Brian Towne its new executive vice president and chief operating officer. Towne's role, the company said, will involve "refining [the company's] strategy and go-to-market execution," the company said.
"Under Brian's leadership over the past seven years, we have enjoyed tremendous growth, adapted to significant change and evolution in our business, and realized significant success," Jon Kirchner, Chairman and CEO of DTS, said as part of the announcement. "
This promotion recognizes Brian's important leadership contribution and his tireless efforts toward realizing these outcomes."
