Global Warranty Group Launches RepairGuardian
Global Warranty Group announced Monday that it has launched a new extended service program called RepairGuardian. The program is a turnkey ESP solution meant to result in increased attachment rates and superior customer service.
“We drew on our decade-long success and experience in the ESP and OEM business and consolidated the most successful components to create RepairGuardian,” GWG’s president, Charles Pipia, said as part of the announcement. “Specifically designed with our customer base in mind, we incorporated and optimized our proprietary back-end systems and processes into the program, allowing retailers and OEMs to offer a comprehensive ESP as an attractive addition to their customer’s product purchase.”
