Harman Income Jumps

Harman International Monday reported a quarterly profit of $172.7 million, a huge increase from the $36.6 million the same time last year.

The performance, according to Bloomberg, outperformed analyst expectations.

At the same time, the company announced a deal with a “luxury European automaker” to provide in-car entertainment.
