Invenshare is Acquired by SupplyStream

CE industry mega-catalog company SupplyStream has announced the acquisition of Invenshare, the inventory-sharing platform. With the deal, Invenshare will become a “tightly integrated” feature of the SupplyStream platform.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Invenshare was created by former integrator Josh Willits, who will join SupplyStream as VP of business development, focusing on “strategic partnerships with the industry.”

“We are always looking to add features that leverage our product catalog and make dealers’ lives easier,” SupplyStream CEO Kirk Chisholm said in a statement. “When we met Josh last year at CEDIA, we knew he had built something our dealers would love. It’s a perfect match, since we already have the tools in place that allow vendors to control which products dealers are authorized to share.”
