Larson Jumps to TCL

TCL announced Tuesday that Chris Larson has been hired as vice president of sales and marketing for North America. Larson comes to the company from Toshiba, where he was a sales VP and business team leader.

“Chris Larson brings a great deal of knowledge and experience in the US market to TCL. His proven track record of success and strong relationships with key retailers will be a huge asset as we bring the latest technology at a great price to the US TV market,” Michelle Mao, President, TCL North America, said as part of the announcement.

“We are thrilled that he is joining us to lead our sales and marketing teams as we continue to build our brand and awareness among consumers and retailers in the US.”

“I’m excited to have an opportunity to join one of the largest and most successful consumer electronics brands in the world and be a part of building the TCL brand here in the US,” Larson said in a statement.
