Liniado Leaves DataVision for New Venture

Albert Liniado, president and co-founder of DataVision Computer Video on New York’s Fifth Avenue, and its website, www.datavis.com, has announced he is leaving the company to pursue a new venture as CEO of Seldat Direct, based in New Jersey. Seldat Direct will create a wholesale platform for e-commerce, where manufacturers can sell direct to customers on a wholesale level in case packs by approval only.
In 25 years at DataVision, Liniado developed co-marketing campaigns with CE companies including Apple, Asus, Intel, HP, Sony and Samsung.   As CEO and co-founder of Seldat Direct, Liniado explained, he will offer manufacturers a turnkey solution in online distribution, warehousing and direct-to-consumer business to help them reach new markets while expanding their current customer base. Liniado was recently nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2014 Award, a program recognizing entrepreneurial leaders in more than 50 countries.
Liniado will continue his involvement as CEO of The Stella Liniado Rainbow Foundation, which he founded in memory of his daughter and which is focused on expanded bone marrow testing and family counseling to search for early detection and prevention of leukemia.
