MarkAudio-SOTA Debuts Wide-Range, Near Field Loudspeaker
Loudspeaker manufacturer MarkAudio-SOTA hosted the premiere of their "unique, single driver" Tozzi Two loudspeakers at the Luxury Technology Show in Manhattan on October 4th. Described by the company as the "perfect combination of superb quality and affordability" the speakers are "excellent for near-field listening whether mounted on a desktop, bookshelf, wall or tripod."
With the speaker pricing set up with the goal of allowing "millennials to enter the audiophile market" the company cooperated with PS Audio and VPI industries to create a showcase system consisting of their Tozzi Two bookshelf speakers, VPI's Cliffwood turntable, and PS Audio's Sprout integrated amplifier that has a combined price of about $2600.
Dwight Sakuma, President of MarkAudio-SOTA North America, stated that the company was "really excited to exhibit our new Tozzi Two near-field monitor speakers at The New York LTS." In addition, he explained that "the highly detailed sound that these speakers offer from their stylish, yet discreet, the profile is sure to impress the younger generation looking for an affordable way into the high-end, audiophile market."
