Huge First-Week Sales For DSi

Nintendo's new DSi portable console got off to a big start, moving 435,000 units in its first week available in the U.S., the company reported.

That number nearly doubled the sales figure put up by DS Lite when it was released. The DSi was released April 5 and is available now at an MSRP of $169.99.
