As the Bush Administration prepares to leave office, the head of the Federal Communications Commission for the last four years Kevin Martin, the chairman of the FCC for Bush's entire second term, will be leaving as well.

At next month's International CES, Martin will sit for a public interview with CEA's President/CEO, Gary Shapiro, where the two will discuss issues likely to come before the commission in the next administration, including the DTV transition, spectrum, broadband, and other communications-related public policy.

The event will take place Jan. 10 at 1:30 p.m. in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
