Panasonic Releases New Vacuum and Microwave Lines
Panasonic announced its newest vacuum line, The JetForce, as well as five new microwave oven models at The 2012 International Home + Housewares Show.
The new JetForce vacuum cleaner series is a collection of three different models, the MC-UL423, MC-UL425 and MC-UL427, featuring lightweight designs with JetForce technology, using a hour glass shaped dust container to help capture dust and dirt more efficiently.
“Every model is under 15 lbs and the handle weight when using the vacuum is so light, consumers can vacuum the entire house with no hand fatigue,” said David Williams, Group Marketing Manager, Home Appliances, Panasonic Consumer Marketing Company of North America.
Other features include nine cylinders for dirt separation, HEPA Media Filter, which captures small particles and allergens, and the Air Turbine brush, a pet hair attachment that can remove stubborn pet hair from carpets and furniture.
The Panasonic JetForce Line will be offered in April of 2012. Prices vary from $119.99 to $149.99.
In addition to the JetForce vacuum line, Panasonic introduced five new microwave oven models to its 2012 home appliance line.
The Genius Prestige models NN-SE982S and NN-SE782S are Panasonic’s first microwave ovens to feature the Electrostatic Touch Dial with LED backlight. Both models include one-touch and quick-access buttons for popcorn, Sensor Cook, Sensor Reheat and Turbo Defrost, and have the option for built-in or countertop placement.
The entire 2012 line of microwaves includes Inverter Technology, which provides a constant energy flow that can adjust the power intensity so food is cooked evenly.
The NN-SE982S, NN-SE782S, NN-SD962S and NN-SD762S microwaves include the One Touch Sensor Cook and Inverter Turbo Defrost.
The new microwave models will be available Spring of 2012. Prices vary from $139.95 to $299.95.
