PayPal Store Program to Expand

PayPal's in-store payment program, which launched as a pilot late earlier this month, will expand significantly this spring, reaching more than 20 Home Depot stores by March, Bloomberg Business Week reported.

Meanwhile, Reuters reported Friday, Office Depot is the latest retail chain to add the functionality, putting it in a few stores.

The program gives customers the ability to use their mobile phones to make payments using their PayPal accounts; cards are available as well.
