Pioneer To Host Sound Buildoff

Pioneer Electronics said this week that it will host its third annual Pioneer Sound Build-Off event, in which ten retailers from across the country will compete over who can build "the best sounding demo vehicle in the country."

The event is scheduled to take place June 13 in Long Beach, Calif.

“This year’s Pioneer Sound Build-Off will not only focus on sound quality but will also showcase the art behind car audio installations," Ted Cardenas, director of marketing for the mobile business group, said as part of the announcement. "It’s the combination of quality Pioneer products and the installer’s craftsmanship that results in the high fidelity in-vehicle listening experience."
