Pioneer Upgrades Head Unit (EG)
Pioneer last week announced an upgrade to its AVIC-F in-dash navigation system. Version 2.0 of the system's firmware promises faster boot-up times, better compatibility with both Bluetooth and iPod Touch, smoother map functionality and other advantages.
The company is also offering a $100 rebate on certain models, now through Jan. 6, for those not already owning an AVIC-F Navigation System.
