Round Room CEO Makes Some Wireless Tech Predictions for 2017
Technology and the internet dominate nearly every aspect of our daily lives. We depend on technology to give us rides, deliver our food, help us meet new people and even find us a place to stay for the night. The number of internet users today is over a whopping 3.3 billion, and there are more than 2.1 billion smartphone users in the world. Those numbers are expected to grow drastically in the New Year.
We’ve seen a lot in the consumer tech space in 2016, but be prepared for even more exciting advancements in 2017.
While the Internet of Things (IoT) is said to revolutionize the way we live, there’s been a delay in the adoption of TVs you can talk to, keyless door locks, and WiFi connected light bulbs. Although the capabilities and features of smart homes sound great in theory, there are few solutions that actually connect with and unify other appliances and apps to truly make an entire home smart.
