Chief/Sanus Audio Visual (CSAV) announced earlier this week the establishment of a new Dealer Authorization Program for its brand, aimed at making sure Sanus products are only sold by authorized dealers who meet the company’s criteria.
Effective immediately, all distribution partners of the company will be required to sign a contract guaranteeing that they will only sell Sanus products to dealers who have met CSAV’s standards. Those failing to comply will lose the ability to use Sanus warranty support and service.
