SED also said that it has signed up Panasonic Appliance Group as its first client- to distribute counter-top microwaves, over-the-range microwaves, irons, bread makers, rice cookers and counter-top meat grinders- and is negotiating with other manufacturers about bringing them in as well.
"With our first shipments expected to commence on September 1, our sales and marketing teams are busy educating both current and prospective new customers on the many special discount programs, purchasing incentives and flexible financing plans that we've created to help ensure a strong and successful launch," SED's purchasing manager for small appliances, Sandy Hanberry, said as part of the announcement.
