In a recently published press release, audio firm Soundcast, known for their weather-resistant portable speakers, announced that they would be adding four new partnerships out of CEDIA. The company will engage with Indigosix, Oliver Marketing, The Jarmac Group, and The Progressive Group in order to "enrich their presence in key regions."
Company CEO and President Oscar Ciornei appointed Indigosix to "further enhance Soundcast's existing relationships … for bolstered distribution in both Asia and Australia," expanding the company's reach to a plethora of countries in the region, such as Japan, India and Singapore.
Oliver Marketing, The Jarmac Group, and The Progressive Group are partnering with Soundcast to allow the speaker manufacturer to "gain widespread domestic distribution."
Oliver Marketing will represent Soundcast in Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Northern California, Pacific Northwest, Southern California and Western Nevada. The Jarmac Group, which holds deep-rooted relationships with specialty A/V dealers, architects, designers and builders, will represent Soundcast in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Upstate New York and Vermont. And The Progressive group will provide manufacturers with access to high quality audio products in Arizona, Colorado, Eastern Nevada, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Northern Illinois, Ohio, South Dakota, Western Pennsylvania, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
Charity Hardwick, VP of Sales and Marketing for Soundcast, said that “Soundcast is truly a global partner and we have been working diligently to establish relationships with talented and tech savvy partners, both in U.S. and abroad" as well as explaining that “Choosing the right regional representative who understands the culture and talents within their respective territories and can provide Soundcast dealers and retailers with excellent support is of tantamount importance to us."
Soundcast's VG7 and VG1 speakers are currently available for purchase and they are accepting preorders on their upcoming products.
