SpeakerCraft’s Burkhardt Retires

SpeakerCraft announced Tuesday that Jeremy Burkhardt, its president, has retired from his duties with the company. Burkhardt is stepping down effective May 25, and Keith Marshall has been named interim president.

“The last twenty years at SpeakerCraft have been an awesome gift,” Burkhardt said in a statement. “I am lucky to have experienced it with so many great people. I am beyond grateful. I have been working full time since I was fifteen years old and have decided it’s time for me to chill out.”

Burkhardt first joined the company in 1991, and had been with SpeakerCraft in an evolving role ever since. He will release an online video message later this week, the company said.
