Target Debuts Digital Newsstand
Target Corp. announced an alliance with Zinio LLC to create a “digital newsstand,” where Target customers can read their favorite magazines online. The site will feature single-issue, subscription and archived issues of magazines, including Elle, Popular Science, Woman’s Day and more.
Target also sells e-readers.
“Interest in buying and reading publications digitally is exploding. As the world’s leader in digital-publication content and commerce, we are thrilled to extend our portfolio to Target guests,” Rich Maggiotto, President & CEO of Zinio, said as part of the announcement.
