Retail Zone Coming to CTIA Show
February 8, 2010The International CTIA Wireless 2010 event, scheduled to take place this March in Las Vegas, will feature a Retail Zone on the show floor, the event's organizers said.
The zone, which will be split into Accessories Pavilion and Retail Resource Pavilion, will help serve the 20 percent of the show's attendees that come from the retail sector.
“We have seen consistent growth in the number of attendees representing the retail space at CTIA events,” Robert Mesirow, vice president and show director for CTIA, said as part of the announcement. “We established the Retail Zone to meet the business development and networking needs of this critical audience, and already we’ve had to expand this area due to high demand. We believe the growth in this sector is indicative of the continued value CTIA shows provide to buyers and sellers in the mobile space.”
The event is scheduled for March 23-25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
