That's according to a report issued this week by the Nielsen Co. and cited by The Hollywood Reporter, which found that 6.8 percent of U.S. households are "completely unready" for the transition, with another 10 percent "partially unready." Both numbers have dropped slightly from recent months, from 7.4 percent and 10.3 percent, respectively, in November.
Nielsen also found that Hartford, Conn., is the most prepared market in the U.S., while Albuquerque, N.M. is the least-prepared.
