Vann's Switches to Chapter 7

Montana CE chain Vann's this week moved from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 bankruptcy, which a Missoulian report characterized as a procedural move meant to expedite the potential sale of the company.
The bankruptcy trustee told the newspaper that the company is negotiating with a single buyer.
Vann's, which filed for Chapter 11 in August, began a structured liquidation last month.
