InstallerNet has announced that it has acquired Victory Technologies, in a deal that closed late last month.
As part of the deal, Victory CEO Bob Fields becomes VP of mobile electronics for InstallerNet, while President Kris Bulla is now InstallerNet's director of ProTeam Operations.
“We are looking forward to working with Bob, Kris and the rest of the Victoryteam. They have established great relationships within the industry that will help us grow,” InstallerNet CEO Anthony Frangiosa said in a statement.
