ViewSonic said this week that it is adding enhancements to Finch Club, its program for rewarding channel partners. The program now includes Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers.
The company has also added a ViewSonic North American Advisory Council, with an application process set to begin early next year. In addition Platinum members will gain access to a direct VIP customer support phone line. ViewSonic will also add a Reseller Bounty program and an expansion of the Recycle+ Asset Recovery Program, as well as complimentary startup collateral for Gold and Platinum members.
“The improvements we are rolling out to the Finch Club program come as a result of ongoing conversations with our channel partners, and reflects our commitment to rewarding them for continued loyalty,” Melinda Beecher, senior manager for national channel marketing for ViewSonic Americas, said as part of the announcement.
“By investing in these enhanced sales and marketing tools, we’re excited to be able to help our partners accomplish their sales goals, and will continue to make improvements accordingly.”
