Vizio this week touted its top ranking in J.D. Power and Associates' recent customer satisfaction rankings. J.D. Power's 2012 HDTV Satisfaction Report ranked Vizio first, narrowly ahead of Sharp and LG.
"We’re thrilled to add such a well-respected award to our accolades,” Matt McRae, Vizio's Chief Technology Officer, said as part of the announcement. “The ‘Highest in Customer Satisfaction in HDTVs’ ranking from J.D. Power and Associates is a demonstration of the superior HDTVs that put us on the map. We’re excited to continue developing products that place the latest quality technologies in consumers’ hands.”
