Walmart has announced plans to test same-day delivery in four U.S. markets this fall. The program, called "Walmart to Go," will launch in Minneapolis, Philadelphia and Northern Virginia, with the San Francisco Bay Area set to join them in November, All Things D reported.
Customers will pay a $10 flat-fee for the delivery. Orders, which are delivered via UPS, must be placed by noon.
